If the document already lives in your cloud storage, there is no reason to round-trip it through your downloads folder.
- Choose to import from cloud storage when you add a document.
- Connect the account once — you’ll be asked to grant permission by the provider, not by us.
- Pick the file — or, where you upload in bulk (the Upload folder card on Documents, the Files import), pick several from Dropbox at once, or the one .zip of them. XOsign reads those files and nothing else.
Cloud import is included on every plan. You can disconnect the account at any time from Settings.
